We now have an opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our Mazda York team. Leading an experienced team with an established customer based, this is a great opportunity to work with dynamic and growing brand. You will be responsible for managing the service, parts and warranty functions within the department, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and retention. You will also be responsible for meeting key performance targets for budgets, parts stock, and warranty administration. Above all, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the team!
You will be a friendly, outgoing person with a dedication to customer service. You will have a relevant track record in a Service Management role, and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting both Turnbulls and manufacturer standards and targets. You will be dynamic and tenacious, ready to go the extra mile to help our customers. You will have a long term approach, always placing customer loyalty and satisfaction first, while building a strong and effective team around you. You will have strong organisational and administrative skills, being able to prioritise multiple tasks when needed. You will be able to lead and coach effectively, placing team performance at the forefront. You will also be an effective communicator, being able to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
