“Refreshed 2017 Mazda 3 and 6 get G-Vectoring Control”: Autoblog.com

Mazda’s new G-Vectoring control system was introduced earlier this year as an aid to jolted steering around corners, through evening the car’s weight as it turns, in order “to help maintain traction at the limits of adhesion”. This new system is now going to be brought to the upcoming 2017 versions of the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6.

Other enhancements to the Mazda 3 will include “LED headlights and taillights, a new grille and a monochrome bumper” as well as a heated steering wheel and an electronic handbrake, which will free up an “immense amount of room”.

Whilst the new Mazda 6 will have less updates due to its recent revamp last year, there will still be new things to come in 2017 on top of the G-Vectoring system; most notably of which will be the “Mazda Connect infotainment system, [giving] a real upgrade from the older non-touchscreen system”.
